Well, a bit of a shit week really with the Halloween theme but there were two stand out performances. There was this one by Cher Lloyd who sang ‘Stay’ by Shakespeare’s Sister:

I thought she was amazing. The other stand out performance for all the wrong reasons was Aiden trying to sing Michael Jackson’s Thriller in his own ‘style’. What a mess! I thought it was terrible:
He does the same thing every week. Takes on a big song and performs it like a basket case. The boy band One Direction were ok (for a boyband). Here they are singing Total Eclipse Of The Heart:
The other not bad performance came from Katie who sang Bewitched. I like that she’s quirky but i don’t think she can compete with Cher:

I think Cher is such a breath of fresh air! She always usually does really funky and original songs (her mashups are brilliant).
