I baked this cake yesterday and if you love ginger then i highly recommend it! I substituted Muscavado sugar with dark brown sugar cos i didn’t have any. I also omitted the icing because we’d rather have it with whipped cream or custard.
… of late. I just haven’t had that much to blog about. I’ve been busy getting the garden under way, planted quite a few veggies and they’re doing ok. I’ve been turning myself into a bit of a Delia Smith too! Baking like mad. Did a magnificent sticky ginger cake yesterday. I’m still tweeting though as you can see in my sidebar. Oh and i bought some fabulous caddy’s – so now you know. (I’ll update with something more interesting asap!)
