Andy here, nice to meet you. I’m a big fan of photography and i am also just starting to get interested in video-making so i suppose there will be a bit of that going on here, showing off my pics and my videos.  I’m also into reading, a bit of writing, doodling, mountain biking, gardening and of course gadgets! (of course) Oh and music and film too … and TV, especially Heroes, Ugly Betty and LOST.

I have a boyfriend/husband called Dave who i have been with since March 1995. We live in the midlands and get along just famously. We’ve got a Cat (Eiko) and a Jack Russell (Pip) who are both total posers which is great for me because i love photographing them.

Wired to the world …

What with my 2 laptops and my blackberry HTC Hero i’m pretty much connected to the web all of the time. This is quite important to me because i’m a bit of a socialphobe so this way i feel connected to the world. But i’m not a recluse, i do get out and about – don’t want you having visions of me sat in a dark room wearing a tea towel on my head surrounded by 50 cats. I’m always taking snaps on my phone and sending them either to my twitpic, flickr or right here.

I used to do a lot of Photoshopping but i haven’t done any for ages. I intend to start up again and hopefully show off some of my doodlings here. Wallpapers and styles and effects (oh my).

Fabourite book at the moment is ‘The Book of Lost Things‘ by John Connoly. It’s a very twisted fairytale type book and i’m loving it.
