Well apparently Simon is furious that the names have leaked but after seeing who they are it’s hardly a surprise. I kept saying to t’other half “You know who the final 12 will be – they will be the ones that got the most airtime during the auditions” and sure enough that’s the case. Anyone could have predicted that line-up so i don’t know why Si is getting his panties in a twist. I thought the auditions were boring as hell, i really don’t like the auditioning in front of an audience but boot camp was a bit better.

Take a look after the break if you want to know who the final 12 are. The girls are the strongest category IMO but i bet you pretty boy ‘AG’ wins. Boring as fuck but pretty usually gets the votes.

I AM HOOKED! Good grief i used to look at these people on Facebook playing Farmville and i’d think how frigging sad (well it is isn’t it). And here i am logging in religiously tending my sheep and sowing grapes. Trying to bump up my XP points, trying to build my animal nursery and beehive, visiting friends farms to give them gifts and fertiliser hoping they will return the favour…..

I found this out today, my first ever mobile phone! Telital GM210E.  So old and out of date i can’t even find it on google. It was like a plastic brick! I bought it from Tesco, actually i bought two of them. I was originally going to buy one for t’other half so he could rind me from work but i was so taken in with the technology (!) that i got one for myself too!

Slight drawbacks were the size – you can see in the comparison pic that even my chunky blackberry looks petite in comparison. You looked like you were constantly pleased to see someone with that monster in your pocket! Also you couldn’t charge it and talk on it at the same time, you had to sit it in a cradle to charge it.

But still – it was a mobile phone! Me with a mobile phone!!

Nearly 2 years ago i had my first smartphone which was a Blackberry Bold 9000.  I LOVED it! Amazing keyboard, amazing sound and build quality, fabulous screen. But i’m a gadget freak and a fickle one at that so a year later i switched to Android with the HTC Hero. Very funky with the widgets and what not but somehow it always felt like a prototype product.

Most of the apps feel unpolished compared to iPhone and a bit buggy. Then i went from Hero to a Motorola Milestone (Droid) and boy what a mistake that was! Lousy phone, great little internet device and a lovely screen but as a phone it truly sucks.

So now i am back with my Blackberry Bold and after my affairs with other devices i now know i’ll be sticking with Blackberry! It’s so much more polished than the other devices and the keyboard is amazing.  This will be my next phonio – Blackberry Torch!
